Sherbet

Today my class and I made Sherbet. It was very challenging because there were lots of ingredients that balanced the flavor out, so you had to get it just right. At first, we had to try all the ingredients by themselves so we would know how much we would need. There was icing sugar, baking soda, citric acid, and tartaric acid. Overall this was a very successful day. My group made a very nice Sherbet, It was very tasty.
